This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and rebookings for all tours and services booked through Linen Quart Zvivid. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Deposits and Payments

1.1. Deposit Requirements

To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour price at the time of reservation. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

1.2. Final Payment

The remaining balance of your tour cost is due 60 days before the departure date. If the final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.

1.3. Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. All payments must be made in the currency specified in your booking confirmation.

2. Cancellation by Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email. The date we receive your cancellation notice will determine the cancellation charges applicable.

2.2. Special Promotion or Discounted Tours

Tours booked under special promotions or discounts may have different cancellation terms. These terms will be clearly communicated during the booking process and in your booking confirmation.

2.3. Partial Cancellations

If one or more members of your party cancel, the cancellation charges will apply to those individuals. This may also affect the pricing for the remaining travelers due to changes in room occupancy or group size discounts.

We reserve the right to cancel a group tour if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In such cases, we will notify you at least 30 days before the departure date and offer you the following options:

Minor changes such as changes to accommodation of similar standard, transportation methods, or the order of activities do not constitute significant changes and do not entitle you to cancellation without fees.

5. Refund Processing

5.1. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.

5.2. Refund Timeframe

We will process all refunds within 14 business days of approval. However, depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

5.3. Third-Party Services

For services provided by third parties (such as flights, travel insurance, or activities booked through external providers), the refund policies of these providers will apply. We will assist you in claiming any refunds from third-party providers, but cannot guarantee refund amounts or timeframes.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and other travel disruptions. Travel insurance can cover cancellation fees in certain circumstances, such as illness, injury, or bereavement.

7. Special Circumstances

7.1. Illness or Medical Emergency

If you need to cancel due to serious illness, injury, or death of a traveler or immediate family member, we may reduce or waive cancellation fees at our discretion. Written proof such as a doctor's certificate or death certificate will be required.

If you cannot travel, you may transfer your booking to another person who satisfies all the conditions applicable to the tour, subject to the following:

No refunds will be provided for any unused services (accommodation, meals, activities, etc.) during a tour due to the customer's choice, illness, early departure, or any reason beyond our control. This includes situations where a traveler is required to leave a tour because of behavior that disturbs other clients or prevents guides from performing their duties.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes.
